Canon MailCom Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“CMCM”), formerly known as Efficient MailCom Sdn. Bhd. is a leading business process outsourcing company that is wholly-owned by Canon Singapore Pte. Ltd.
We were incorporated in year 1982 as a company providing outsourced document management services. Since then we have evolved to become an industry leader with principal activities in provision of integrated outsourcing solutions in data and document processing, ranging from data extraction, to conversion, formatting of documents, transaction printing, as well as the preparation of printed documents for distribution by post.
We are also providing Customer Communication management software with related services including information technology services, development of applications to optimise workflow, process management and offshore development services.
