Senior Network Engineer

Requirement:

• Degree in any IT networking field.
• CCNA/CCNP is an added advantage.
• Willing to work at odd hours when necessary and standby 24/7.
• Willing to work with minimum supervision and tight deadline.
• Willing to travel whenever required and possess own transport.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good documentation and communication skills in English.
• 3+ Years of experience building, deploying and support of enterprise class switches, load balancer, Web proxy, Packet Shaper, UPS, WLAN and firewall technology.
• Products knowledge on Cisco & Dell switches, WatchGuard, Palo Alto, Fortinet (Fortigate) Firewalls, Peplink LB, Symantec Web proxy & Packet Shaper, Brocade Fiber switch is an added advantage.

• Manage and support data networks comprised of core and edge switching devices, Firewalls, Load Balancer, WLAN, Web Proxy, UPS and Packet Shaper.
• Provide support network infrastructure environment, respond to escalation notices, perform root cause analysis and problem resolution.
• Plan and design/troubleshoot switching/routing protocols.
• Create network design diagrams using Visio and execute fresh network built-up between customer and our organization. 
• To Harden and check for security firmware patches, renewals, preventive maintenance for network devices time to time.
• You are required to do professional presentation to customers on network designs and present to auditors as well.
• To provide details documentations on change request process.
• Rectification of annual penetration and PCIDSS findings on network related peripherals within the stipulated timeframe.
• Adhoc task execution as requested by the management.
